VP, Business Strategy & Growth

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Develop business cases and strategic plans for new ventures.
  • Oversee the development and launch of new products and services.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Stay informed about relevant government initiatives and regulations and leverage the knowledge to align company strategies with regulatory requirements and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and clients.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is often preferred.
  • Extensive experience in business strategy and growth, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue. Experience in government regulations and consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to use performance analytics to optimize growth strategies and ensure scalability.
  • Sharp, and ambitious with a proactive approach to driving business success.
