I'm a tenacious recruiter who relentlessly strives for improvement. Before joining Ambition, I accumulated over 4.5 years of recruitment experience in finance and accounting with one of the largest recruitment agencies globally. Starting as a management trainee, I quickly advanced to senior consultant and team leader, earning multiple awards and recognitions for my performance, productivity, and client focus. In 2021, I closed 55 placements, generating a total revenue of MYR 850k, and led a project to fill 30 roles for a newly established shared service within a month. I hold a bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising, and applied communication from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, where I honed my communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. I'm passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and helping people grow in their careers.

As a Divisional Manager at Ambition, I recruit for data and digital, product management, product owner, business analyst, transformation, and PMO roles. I access hard-to-find, high-calibre professionals for leading companies across various industries, leveraging my extensive network and market insight. I also partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I love to do extreme sports such as skydiving. I also like travelling to new places. Apart from that, there's a 'zen' side to me where I practice yoga and meditation during my downtime.
