Technical Business Analyst

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, use cases, and system requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
