Talent Management Lead
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Align talent management initiatives with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and identify talent gaps.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across all levels of the organization.
- Drive employee retention initiatives, focusing on career growth, development, and employee satisfaction.
- Implement programs aimed at building a strong employer brand and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and execute leadership development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Oversee succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and reduce organizational risk.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and promote emerging leaders into key roles.
- Lead the development and execution of performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Work with managers to create and implement personalized performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with learning and development teams to create and deliver training programs that enhance skills, foster employee growth, and support career progression.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement strategies to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Support initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Work with HR and business leaders to ensure that employee feedback is effectively gathered and acted upon.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess talent trends, performance, and development needs.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on talent management metrics, including retention rates, leadership pipeline, and development progress.
- Use insights to refine talent strategies and improve overall talent management processes.
- Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring effective talent transitions and management of change processes.
- Work closely with the HR and leadership teams to guide employees through organizational changes and align talent strategies with new business directions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience in leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HRIS, performance management systems, and talent management technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
