Talent Acquisition Specialist - Retail

Job description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various retail positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the specific staffing needs of retail businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
