Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (Tech)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for technical positions.
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
