TA Specialist (Klang)

Job description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
