Job description

  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for talent management to attract, develop, and retain top talent within Southeast Asia market.
  • Collaborate closely with country partners in workforce planning and staffing management, ensuring optimal staffing levels and creating recruitment plans when necessary.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to conduct talent assessments, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback systems, and career development planning.
  • Identify high-potential employees and design development plans to foster their growth.
  • Assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent management and acquisition, organizational development, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of talent management and acquisition best practices, including full-cycle recruitment process
  • Profound understanding of Southeast Asia employment laws and regulations
