Job description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Continuously enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on internal hiring.
  • Strong stakeholders management.
