Senior L&D Specialist

Job description

  • Collect and analyze training needs based on global business or merchant service experience.
  • Establish a talent competency model.
  • Develop a system for internal trainer selection, training, course planning, and talent incentives.
  • Continuously optimize and refine training programs based on job function requirements and feedback.
  • Design training programs for the global network team.
  • Sort out training needs and improve existing courses.
  • Implement pre-job and on-the-job empowerment training.
  • Ensure effective implementation of training content across resource teams.
  • Regularly conduct training needs surveys for various resources.
  • Analyze and output training data results.
  • Track training effectiveness feedback and manage the training process.
  • Integrate internal and external resources.
  • Establish a comprehensive training network system.
  • Proactively identify and analyze training needs.
  • Engage in planning, implementation, and evaluation of training projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in large-scale contact center service or training management (cross-border contact center is preferred), team management experience, and a certain understanding of service system architecture and division as well as intelligent operations.
  • Solid professional foundation in operations, sufficient experience and methodology in the respective work field, structured and systematic thinking in the operation of the job, able to quickly start operational analysis work; familiar with project operation workflow, able to independently undertake complex project coordination and operational implementation, adapt to high-concurrency project operations, and reasonably arrange focus and priority for complex operation work.
  • With a global perspective, ability to plan and operate training projects for various global industries, develop systematic and feasible plans for training needs of various global industries, build a global training network system, and promote implementation to achieve good business results.
