Senior HR Executive (IRER)

Industrial Relations:

• Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
• Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle disputes and grievances between employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Liaise with trade unions and employee representatives.

Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in industrial and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
