Senior HR Executive (IRER)
Job description
Industrial Relations:
- Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements.
- Handle disputes and grievances between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Liaise with trade unions and employee representatives.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in industrial and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
