Senior HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves overseeing various HR functions, including industrial relations, performance management, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation reviews.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong Industrial Relations background.
  • Preferably coming from manufacturing or logistics background.
  • Have experience with blue collar workers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
