Senior Business Consultant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of business solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with senior management / HODs to define strategic objectives and develop actionable plans.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging trends in the banking industry.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector is a plus.
