Programme Manager (Insurance)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of projects and programs utilizing agile practices.
• Anticipate project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Administer project budgets and control costs in line with internal business guidelines.
• Compile and present detailed reports on project and program performance, including status updates, and ensure all completion documentation is thoroughly prepared.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with global and regional stakeholders across Business, IT, and Operations.
• Partner with senior management to provide project updates, manage communications, and handle escalations when necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and Agile certification (e.g., Agile SAFe, Scrum Master).
• Experience in the banking or insurance MNCs is an advantage.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing projects and programs including planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience collaborating with regional and global teams.
• Excellenet communication skills in English, Malay and Cantonese.
