Job description
1. HR Operations:
- Manage daily HR functions, ensuring accurate HR system data, employee relations, performance management, and policy execution.
- Design and implement HR processes to optimize operational workflows.
- Guarantee adherence to labor laws, company policies, and procedural standards.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee SEA-wide recruitment efforts, driving end-to-end hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing strategies with organizational needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities and institutions to enhance the employer brand.
3. Employee Experience:
- Initiate and drive programs to boost employee retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and workplace conflicts.
4. Training and Development:
- Design and implement impactful training initiatives to improve workforce skills and performance.
- Partner with management to assess training requirements and career development needs.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Evaluate and refine training effectiveness to align with business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends to introduce innovative learning solutions.
5. Strategic HR Support:
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Deliver workforce planning insights and recommendations on employee development and performance management.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify improvement areas and strategic opportunities.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, wellness perks, and more.
- Provide strategic recommendations for compensation adjustments and incentive plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in HR management, encompassing HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor law compliance, and HR administration across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional experience is advantageous.
