Payroll Manager (EMEA)

Job description

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for Malaysia, Singapore and EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Review and validate payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage payroll reporting and analytics, providing insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labor laws
  • Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll management within the EMEA landscape.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across Malaysia, Singapore, EMEA countries.
  • Mastery of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
