Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Advise senior management on legal matters and potential risks.
• Support the company's business development activities by providing legal insights and guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar position.
• Degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
