Lead Business Analyst (Insurance)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business requirements gathering and user stories development in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of business requirements and system modifications for projects.
• Develop and oversee complex test case scenarios and ensure thorough testing of applications.
• Coordinate and guide business analyst tasks within projects, including planning and monitoring their work.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives for efficiency.
• Establish datasets for periodic operational metrics reporting and develop team capabilities in Agile and business analysis methodologies.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Banking, Finance, Business Adminstration or any relavant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as business analyst, including requirements gathering, test planning, and process improvement preferably within Financial Services or Insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Jira and Confluence tools.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of business analysts and fostering relationships within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
