Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Drive strategic HR projects from conception to completion.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Performance Management: Support and guide managers through the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting appraisals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
  • Organizational Development: Identify and address training and development needs within the organization. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives within the organization, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare reports as required.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize HR operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline HR processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead strategic HR projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology and systems to improve operational efficiency. Drive the implementation of new HR technologies and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
