HR System Support (Open for Fresh)

Job description

  • Issue Reporting: Collect and report IT issues or requests from employees to the IT contractor, tracking resolution progress.
  • Asset Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including computers, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • User Support: Provide basic IT support to employees, troubleshooting common technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the IT contractor.
  • The role involves coordinating with the ERP vendor to oversee and enhance the ERP system, including managing software updates, patches, and system improvements. It also includes providing technical support and training to users on ERP features, resolving issues, and helping with system navigation. Additionally, the role acts as a liaison between the organization and the ERP vendor for technical support, licensing, and contract management. This includes all company's digitalize system/programs.
  • Conduct regular backups of data and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, while also ensuring effective communication and conducting training sessions for employees to promote policy compliance.
  • Coordinate training sessions, compile training needs identified by department heads, maintain training records, and assist in employee development programs.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, ISO, GMP, and ethical standards through record keeping, reporting, and adherence to guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in IT support, HR, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the SYSPRO EPP system, Power BI, and HRpay adds value
