HR Manager/HRBP

Job description

HR Business Partner:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Manager of Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
