HR Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (East Malaysia)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
