HR Employee LifeCycle Specialist

• Oversee the entire new hire onboarding process, including background checks, employment offers, new hire setup and enrollment, compliance training, probation, and confirmation.
• Track and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related matters across the region.
• Handle the off-boarding process for departing employees.
• Manage HR audits and facilitate customer audits.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical, insurance, leave accruals, and service awards.
• Maintain HR records and e-documents, and manage the HRIS (Oracle).
• Compile and prepare APAC monthly reports, including employee and headcount data, organization charts, and statutory reports.
• Coordinate and administer all employee training activities.
• Support and assist with employee engagement and diversity & inclusion activities.
• Ensure policies and processes align with local legislation, organizational goals, and business objectives.
• Manage HR vendor invoicing and processing.
• Collaborate as a key member of the global Human Resources team.
• Supporting Hong Kong and China market.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Strong HR operational skills
• Independent, pro-active with integrity to handle confidential matters
• Solid Microsoft office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
