HR Business Partner
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR team members to deliver seamless HR services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
