Executive Assistant

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Review, prioritize, and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Support: Take notes during meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, both internal and external.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in managing schedules and coordinating travel. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
