Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Review, prioritize, and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in managing schedules and coordinating travel. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.

- Handle disputes and grievances between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
