Job description

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute plans to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Conduct Surveys and Gather Feedback: Understand employee satisfaction levels through various feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work with different teams to design initiatives that promote engagement.
  • Facilitate Team-Building Activities: Organize events and workshops to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide Training and Coaching: Help managers improve employee satisfaction through training programs.
  • Monitor and Report on Engagement Metrics: Track and analyze engagement data to make informed recommendations.
  • Regconize and Rewards Employees: Implement regconition programs to celebrate employee achievements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years in HR, particularly in employee engagement or retention.
