Job description

  1. Compensation Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Analyze job descriptions and recommend appropriate salary grades.

  2. Benefits Administration:

    • Oversee the enrollment and administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Liaise with benefit providers to manage contracts and resolve issues.

  3. HRIS Management:

    • Utilize HRIS to manage compensation and benefits data accurately.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports compensation and benefits functions.

  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Use advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate meaningful reports.
    • Monitor compensation trends and benefits usage through data visualization techniques.

  5. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
    • Prepare and submit reports on compensation trends and benefits usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems, including data management and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, and data visualization).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
