Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job description

  • Prepare data and analysis to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including performance management, salary budgeting, merit increment cycles, annual benefit renewal programs, and market benchmarking for the group.
  • Collect economic indicators, external market practices, and data analysis patterns, translating them into meaningful indicators for developing Compensation & Benefits initiatives and proposals to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Serve as the key person for job family matching and data submission for all Compensation & Benefits market surveys.
  • Oversee the renewal and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs such as insurance, Flexible Benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs by managing, coordinating, and following up with vendors, including conducting market competitiveness analysis and setting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in C&B.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend and summarize relevant information.
  • Capable of networking and presenting sales pitches to key leaders in the organization.
