Chief Enterprise Architect

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint to ensure alignment with BNM regulations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business units, and IT teams to ensure the architecture aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure the architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior architecture role within the BFS /insurance industry.
  • Extensive experience dealing with BNM regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malay and English.
