Change Manager (Insurance)

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop change management strategies and approaches.
  • Crafting key messages for various communication channels and conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Oversee budgets and resources for change management activities.
  • Project initiation and planning for the essential setup for new product and projects.
  • Cultivate trust and gain a thorough understanding of upcoming products and features for the next 1-3 years.
  • Regularly assess risks, issues, and progress against milestones.
  • Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance/ Data / Business or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a change manager / project manager in a MNCs environment/Financial services.
  • Effective communicator at all organizational levels in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strategic and systematic planner, adaptable in uncertain situations.
  • Enjoys data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Applies project and change management methodologies innovatively.
