Job Responsibilities:
- Cost and Process Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve warehouse processes for enhanced productivity.
- Policy Development: Create and implement warehouse policies and systems to streamline operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics processes across the organization.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training of logistics staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and enforce safety standards to foster a compliant and efficient work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in warehouse management, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical abilities, and proficiency in SAP tools are advantageous.
