Vision AOI Process Manager

A leading semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Vision AOI Process Engineering Manager to oversee and optimize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) processes for high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AOI process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for assembly operations
• Drive yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades and technology roadmap
• Ensure process stability, capability, and compliance with quality standards

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or relevant experience)
• Strong expertise in AOI systems and semiconductor assembly processes
• Proven leadership in process engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with vision inspection systems and data analysis tools
