UI UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative, user-centric product experiences aligned with business objectives, ensuring a unified experience across all products and platforms.
• Conduct interviews and UX research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze data and co-create personas with team members.
• Influence project feature prioritization based on research insights and business value.
• Facilitate workshops to discover, ideate, and prototype user journeys.
• Design UX flows and prototypes, challenging traditional processes to propose optimized user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing on prototypes, identify design flaws, and iterate until the solution is market-ready.
• Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulating rationales persuasively to gain approval.
• Stay updated with UX trends and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to align the overall user experience.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in digital design, or equivalent.
• Accreditation in UX research, Design Thinking, or Agile is advantageous but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI development for web and mobile platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product design with a solid portfolio.
• Proven experience in UI/UX development for multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Cloud, etc.
• Experience in financial services, online payments, or e-commerce is a plus.
