UI/UX Designer (Banking)

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interface Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively and test user flows.
  • Collaboration: Work with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with user needs, technical requirements, and business goals.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and improving efficiency.
  • User Testing: Collaborate on usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs based on insights and analytics.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our products are visually engaging and modern.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role, preferably within a tech or digital environment.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI design, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools like Figma
    • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
