UAT Test Lead

Our client is one of the leading Bank in Asia is currently expanding their IT team by looking for potential UAT Test Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications/user stories.
• Develop test case designs using TOSCA or other bank-approved tools for technology changes.
• Ensure traceability of requirements/functional specifications to test cases.
• Collaborate with business and operations users to review test cases and incorporate their feedback into the test suite.
• Lead both manual and automated test execution (using TOSCA or other approved tools) as per the UAT plan, aligned with the overall test strategy.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and the execution of all test cases to meet the specified requirements within the agreed-upon timeline.
• Report any defects found during UAT, participate in defect calls, and engage in defect management and retesting processes.
• Review UAT results and generate test metrics for reporting.
• Provide operational readiness support and training for new systems/enhancements to affected operations and business users.
• Lead and manage the team to drive project initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Key Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience, preferably within financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of operations, particularly Swift standards, in areas such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations.
• Solid understanding and experience in managing the testing or test management lifecycle.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations.
• Experience in team management.
• Capable of taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution.
• Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
• Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels and across different disciplines.
• A mature individual with strong leadership, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
