Test Process Manager

This rapidly expanding semiconductor company in Malacca is seeking a Test Process Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

• IATF 16949 Compliance: Ensure that the testing processes strictly adhere to the IATF 16949 standard, implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Test Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce testing cycle times.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality assurance measures for testing procedures to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Test Equipment Management: Oversee the management of test equipment, ensuring calibration, maintenance, and availability meet the required standards.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes, including procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing processes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and methods for data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in the testing processes.
• Training and Development: Provide training to testing personnel to ensure a thorough understanding of processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of components used in the testing processes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the testing processes and implement proactive measures to mitigate and manage those risks effectively.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor testing processes and management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and its application in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
