Test Manager

This well-known Semiconductor Multinational company is looking to hire a Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies for power semiconductor products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing procedures with the product development process, focusing on development techniques like APQP, Design-FMEA, and DoE (Design of Experiments).
• Manage DoE planning, including the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless integration of semiconductor packaging assembly processes into the testing framework.
• Oversee the operations of testing facilities, ensuring equipment maintenance and continuous improvement of processes.
• Guide the technical and project management aspects of new product introductions, ensuring reliability, performance, and quality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the testing team, encouraging skill development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive statistical analysis and interpretation of test data to support product development and optimization.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong expertise in power semiconductor assembly processes, including materials and manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with PM techniques applicable to testing and product development.
• In-depth knowledge of testing procedures, including electrical, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Experience with development techniques such as APQP, Design-FMEA, and DoE, along with solid statistical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in JMP software for data analysis and experiment design would be a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex testing projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Leadership experience in a testing environment, fostering collaboration and continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with product development and project management techniques.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging assembly processes and related testing and packaging technologies.
