Test Development Engineer

Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to support continued business growth. This role focuses on test program development, conversion, and optimization across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize test programs for semiconductor devices based on product and customer requirements.
• Convert and adapt test programs across multiple test platforms and equipment.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance test coverage, reduce cycle time, and improve yield.
• Document test procedures, plans, and results; report findings to internal teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in test program development and conversion.
• Familiarity with test platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills; knowledge of semiconductor device behavior.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, C++) is a plus.
• Effective communicator and team player, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
