Job Description
- Work with the account management team to create solution proposals, understand customer needs, manage pricing, and oversee bid processes.
- Develop and execute solution sales strategies for key verticals, engaging with strategic clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, explore growth areas, and recommend innovative product bundling strategies.
- Manage the solution innovation portfolio, positioning new products based on market demands and opportunities.
- Propose enhancements to ensure products and offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product teams, business units, and sales managers, to design and deliver tailored solution proposals.
- Ensure successful solution sales and delivery through cross-department collaboration with Business, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Work closely with Presales and Product teams, providing sales advice to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- A dynamic and engaging individual with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly inquisitive, proactive, and a strong team player with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
- Resourceful and innovative in developing solution sales strategies and ideas.
- Well-versed in current solution sales markets and emerging technology trends.
- Demonstrates leadership by example and effectively collaborates with demanding stakeholders, including account management, product teams, presales, management, and customers.
- Possesses intermediate knowledge of Telco, ISP, or IT solutions and products.
- Holds a strong ICT sales performance track record with key verticals such as FSI, Manufacturing, O&G, Hospitality, Government, or other industries.
