Technical Web specialist (SME)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for digital bank implementation.
• Oversee mobile/internet banking platform delivery and digital banking platform implementation.
• Collaborate with business and product teams, ensuring strong partnerships.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and thought leadership within the organization.
• Drive digital transformation through organizational and process changes.
• Support and guide change initiatives in design, implementation, and communication.
• Build and empower a capable team with the right skills and tools.
• Manage internal and external resources, evaluate, promote, coach, and develop team members.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and React.js
• Strong knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.
• Experienced in web analytics implementation for user behavior insights.
• Familiarity with identifying and addressing web application performance bottlenecks.
• In-depth understanding of all architecture layers.
• 5+ years of technical and delivery experience, preferably in banking/Finance.
• Hand on experience in Waterfall or Agile methodology.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable in web security, web app performance, and unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment and tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shell scripting, Rocket Aldon, Clearcase, Maven, Gradle, Control M.
