Technical Sales Manager

Job description

A leading and fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager with strong experience in Assembly Process Engineering to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and grow account pipelines
  • Manage key accounts and lead commercial discussions
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Support RFPs, NDAs, and customer-specific requirements
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle technical, sales, and logistics inquiries
  • Monitor customer developments and align internal strategies accordingly
  • Present technical and commercial information across all organizational levels
  • Represent the company at technical events and roadshows
  • Expand existing business and identify new opportunities to support long-term growth targets

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Solid experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, or final test
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer engagement, market trends, and business development strategies
  • Willingness to travel and coordinate with cross-functional, regional teams
