Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. Close collaboration with hiring managers to fulfill the staffing needs.

Tasks

  • Talent Sourcing
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates.
    • Utilise job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidates Screening
    • Review resume and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct first screening interview to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate adn schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interviewing & Selection
    • Facilitate the interview process by preparing interview questions and participating in interview sessions.
    • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screeening as required.
  • Candiate Experience
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with information about the company roles, and expectations.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to the hiring managers and management team.
  • Report & Analysis
    • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment activities and candidate information in the tracker.
    • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track KPIs, i.e. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Requirement;

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in recruitment, talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or any related software
