Staff Process Engineer (Molding, Trim & Form)

Job description

Our client is a reknowned semiconductor company with operations all across the globe. They are currently seeking a Staff Process Engineer who specializes in Molding and Trim & Form processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of molding and assembly processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and ensure product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant development standards and procedures.
  • Conduct experiments and data analysis to improve process performance and efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations on materials and processes for product development.
  • Document process development activities and ensure project milestones are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, particularly molding and assembly.
  • Knowledge of materials and processes used in production.
  • Familiarity with development procedures and quality control standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with experimental design and data analysis.
  • Experience with other assembly processes such as bonding or module assembly would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of product design and materials selection is desirable.
  • Project management experience in process development would be an added benefit.
  • Proficiency with data analysis software.
