Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for (Finance & accounting) - SSC Project & Transition Manager

Job Responsibilities


  • Support the company in a range of project (process improvement, optimisation, migration, Transition)
  • Working with functional leads and other key stakeholders to design and implement target operating model
  • Define the transition plan and schedule from new entities to SSC APAC.
  • Manage transitions through transition methodologies or utilize equivalent project management methodologies to ensure effectiveness of project.
  • Collaborating closely with the Country/Entity Transition Team (Sender) and SSC Process Team (Receiver) in ensuring that the transition process is coordinated according to timeline and structure
  • Responsible for stakeholder engagement and acts as both sender and receivers' liaison during service transition to SSC
  • Provide regular Project status updates to the SSC internal, country and regional stakeholders on progress and quality of service.
  • Support change management activities - technology implementation or New Ways of Working (NWOW), which is deemed required as part of the service transition scope.
  • Manage stabilization post Go-live and closure of the transition project.
  • Supporting project management office and change management initiatives.
  • Support and assist projects across different work streams to ensure timely, effective and efficient attainment of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project status.
  • Ensure project documentations are properly documented and updated in a timely manner.
  • Support ad-hoc projects assignments.

Main Requirements

  • At least 7 years of working experience either across AP / AR / GL in SSC environment, preferably with Project Management experience required (F&A background or F&A projects will be advantageous)
  • SSC Consultant coming from Accenture / Big 10 or any company with Project Management experience, particularly with exposure to SSC/GBS/COE environment are encourage to apply
  • Finance Accounting Candidate with SSC background or International MNC with PMO exposure is accepted
  • Experience in project management, e.g. assist in drafting project plan, track and remediate risks and issues and manage deadlines.
  • Someone who is innovative with critical thinking
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills with the initiative to voice out opinion
