Sr Industrial Engineering Manager (Semiconductor)

A leading player in the semiconductor space is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead factory optimization efforts across capital planning, capacity, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CapEx planning, utilization, and cost optimization.
• Develop and monitor capacity and manpower plans aligned with business forecasts.
• Oversee space planning, layout design, and asset lifecycle management.
• Define and maintain standards for MMR, cycle time, utilization, and productivity.
• Drive improvements in sectional performance, competency, and process control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with IE tools, metrics, and AWW standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English (written and spoken).
