Service Desk Support - China/Taiwan region

Are you doing IT service desk support? Do you speak mandarin? Are you looking for a new position with an MNC company? If you said yes to the following then this is the only job for you!

In this position you will be using your skills with service desk to support the China/Taiwanese region with their IT issues ranging from hardware to software support using Team viewer to ensure that business functions can operate efficiently.

You will need the following skills

  • Ability to speak mandarin
  • Prior experience with service desk work
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as Team Viewer or Anydesk
