Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sensor automation technology and a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical support, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sensor technology industry.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the sensor technology industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of sensor systems and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
