Senior RPA Developer (UiPath)

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and support RPA initiatives with team, stakeholders, and process owners.
• Provide support to Head of RPA for smooth departmental operations.
• Ensure business user needs are integrated into all improvement phases.
• Offer consultative RPA/OCR guidance to business users as needed.
• Identify and leverage best practices in the RPA/OCR community.
• Develop practical solutions for cost and performance improvements.
• Create and maintain RPA documentation (e.g., process maps, SDD).
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years in software programming (scripting/coding), SQL, and 2+ years in UiPath.
• Strong command of UiPath Re-framework; UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification required.
• Skilled in error-handling, optimization, and business process management.
• Familiar with Agile project management; knowledge of OCR, NLP, AI, and ML is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable, and culturally aware.
• Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Degree in IT/software development or related field preferred.
