Senior Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee project coordination and management to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage in-house development teams for timely and high-quality solutions.
• Handle the entire development lifecycle, including design, planning, development, release, and implementation.
• Translate business, functional, and technical specifications into actionable project plans.
• Support business change requests by providing subject matter expertise.
• Track project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and supervisors.
• Assist development teams in maintaining and enhancing software applications.

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in technology and/or project management, especially in network infrastructure (e.g., structured cabling, wireless LAN, routing).
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong Agile project management skills; certification in Agile PM is required.
• Mandatory experience in cloud project management (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Expertise in managing infrastructure, security, testing (QAT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Ability to drive projects aggressively, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers, testers, and management.
• Preferred experience in financial institutions or consulting firms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of translating business policies into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with global or virtual teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira is a plus.
